We are seeking a skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow at construction sites and roadwork areas. Your primary responsibility will be to direct and control the movement of vehicles and pedestrians, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations.
Duties:
- Direct traffic at construction sites and roadwork areas to ensure the safety of workers and the public
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices, such as cones, signs, and barricades
- Communicate with construction crews, drivers, and pedestrians to provide clear instructions and guidance
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures as necessary to minimize congestion
