Grass Works Lawn Care is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Leander, TX
At Grass Works Lawn Care, we provide expert local lawn care services in Central Texas to Austin and Greater Austin areas. We were founded in 2007 and are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The field sales representative will market our landscape maintenance services by using their technical, organization and customer knowledge to add value to the customer and their property.
Our field sales representative would be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating customer needs and building productive long- lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Meeting with potential and existing customers to present sales proposals, inform them of service benefits and features,
- Recording clear instructions for estimates.
We are searching for a professional who is looking to expand their career in landscaping with the following credentials.
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
