Assembly Technician
Our Assembly Technicians are highly detail-oriented individuals responsible for reading work orders, retrieving the appropriate material/parts, and assembling signs per the work orders instructions. The Assembly Technician is responsible for working with other departments and Team Members to ensure quality standards have been met and signs are being created to strict specifications for our customers. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning and assembling signs, applying adhesive tape, weeding extra material out of designs and lettering, assisting with quality inspections, packing, applying hardware, using a computer with company provided software daily to communicate with Team Members and find work order details. This Team Member would be responsible for cleaning and organizing workspaces and any other additional responsibilities as needed.
This is a Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift from 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM, in a predominantly standing position.

Essential Functions
Classification: Non-Exempt, Regular, Full-Time Team Member
Working Conditions: Temperature controlled production environment.
Physical Demands: Physical demands associated with this position include walking, lifting, carrying materials (up to 50 lbs.), bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, reach overhead, twisting, squatting and /or climbing. Must be able to carry out repetitive motions & substantial movements/ motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must have close visual acuity, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
