COR Support (Contract Acquisition)

GLT is seeking a self-motivated candidate for a COR Support to support FAA. The role will support the COR with all needs, service primary support National Mail Program by supporting FAA inquiries and be a team lead to the internal team. A successful candidate will be a dedicated individual who can work with differing personality types, be a strong communicator, understand the big picture of a process. This position will be remote, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze acquisition documents such as: quote, purchase requests, SOW, mods, task orders, and other supporting documents.
• Oversee monthly funding reports and responsible for verifying contract spend by searching for and compiling information
• Contract lifecycle management and Procurement support and review and investigate funding inquires
• Review SOWs and justification letters and support contract acquisition processes
• Maintain contract documents in electronic repositories
• Oversee equipment replacement and support training efforts for the National Mail Program
• Lead weekly meetings with vendors about outstanding issues, new issues, and proposing new solutions
• Analyze and develop reports for the National Mail Program activities
• Team lead and manage daily tasks and delivery timelines for the team
• Meet with contracting counterparts, report issues and successes
• Develop briefings for executive management
• Document items for monthly status reports 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A) or higher in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 7 years’ experienceof data analytics with 5 years’ experience with project management
• Data Analyst experience needed
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• At least 5 years of experience and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proven management and organizational skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with an ability to pass public trust clearance. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Degree in an applied mathematics field, computer science, IT, or data analysis
• Knowledge of AMS and experience working in government procurement
• PitneyShip Pro experience preferred but not required
