The Community Living Support Aide provides direct support and assistance to clients receiving Supported Living services following the guidelines set forth in Individualized Instruction and Support Plans, which contributes to the well-being of citizens of Grant County with developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs. This position supports the Agency mission, vision, value statements, and the goals of the Agency.

Directions In Community Living is a certified supported living agency, that provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and chronic mental illness. This position could be required to work various hours and days of the week, but normal hours will be a swing shift.
