Camp Mi-Te-Na is hiring Junior Counselors, Counselors, and Senior Counselors who wish to impact the lives of over 600 youth this summer! Camp Mi-Te-Na is located on Halfmoon Lake in Alton, NH. Counselors will be living and working with children at an all boys' overnight summer camp.You will have shared responsibility for leading and supervising a group of approximately eight campers ensuring each camper’s health, safety and participation in all aspects of camp life.This responsibility requires enthusiasm, humor, patience, energy, maturity, focus and creativity on a continual basis in order to be an effective leader. Previous experience at an overnight camp is preferred and training is provided at camp ahead of the camp season. Applicants must have the ability to connect with youth ages 8-15 years old.Staff will live in cabins with campers and also are the staff for the program activities. Programs may include the following; sports staff, waterfront swim instructors/lifeguards, target sports instructors, ropes course instructors, and creative arts. Skills in these program activities are preferred.
