Position Details:
Hours: Full-time, 1st Shift. 5:00am-4:00pm, Monday - Thursday, with potential for overtime on Fridays.
Training Provided: Don't worry if you're new to CNC operation – we'll provide the training you need to excel.
Team Environment: Be part of a supportive team where collaboration and camaraderie drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication: Execute precision cuts according to job specifications, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain CNC machinery, adhering to safety protocols.
- Team Support: Assist hand fabricators and contribute to shop maintenance activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit, dedicated to supporting team success.
- Math Skills: Proficient in math and geometry to ensure accuracy in stone cutting.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills to interact with necessary software.
- High School Diploma: or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the stone industry or CNC operation.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate identification of stone materials and ability to follow job plans.
- Performance Driven: Meet performance measures for precision cuts and timely completion of tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Work in an indoor production/shop environment with exposure to various conditions.
- Occasional heavy lifting may be required.
