Dining Hall Staff

Job Description: Kitchen Staff provide assistance with the preparation & serving of food.

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, work stations, and dining room area.

Duties & Qualifications: Must be 15yrs with reliable transportation. No prior experience needed but a plus- we provide onsite, in depth training. Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work weekends. Duties Include:Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations. Ingredient prep & cooking. Sweeping and mopping floors. Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations. Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.

Timing & Wage: Shifts & scheduling vary according to calendar. Hourly pay discussed individually. Seasonal Summer work that could lead to Fall depending on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.35 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
