Position Summary: To conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), that is, the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Are Assessments (CAA's) and care plan in accordance with state and Federal requirements. As the MDS Nurse you participate as a part of the facility interdisciplinary team (IDT) in the systems and process to manage patient receiving skilled services as assigned. What is in it for you?
