Summary:

The Digital Marketing CRM Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and implementing personalized communication strategies. The coordinator will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized and aligned with the company’s marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include data segmentation, campaign performance analysis, customer journey mapping, and maintaining database integrity. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience with CRM software, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CRM communication strategy, sequencing, and orchestration to improve activation and retention rates, ultimately improving LTV for ecommerce audiences.
• Development of 1:1or 1: Many communications campaigns via HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (email, social, app push etc.) and contents creation & publishment at digital channels
• Create and drive KPIs for CRM channels as part of a larger, customer-centric marketing and business plan; establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRM and persona specific initiatives.
• Define, analyze, monitor, and drive success at the program, campaign, cohort and segment levels, track effectiveness and clearly articulate optimizations.
• Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with larger marketing team & entire organization on CRM marketing initiatives. Develop strong interdepartmental/cross-functional relationships across the team to align on consistent strategy and client experience aligned with business and brand goals.
• Own and drive all CRM reporting and analyses. Share out performance and learnings on a regular basis with marketing team and cross functional partners.
• Own accuracy and integrity of customer data in consumer and contractor channels.
• Work with internal stake holders in Marketing, IT, Sales, Purchasing, and Pricing
• Manage relationships with external vendors that support various aspects of the database marketing and direct marketing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience required, preferably in a professional services environment. An ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in use of CRM systems in a professional services or B2B environment.
• Excellent data manipulation skills, especially within CRM and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Adept at developing creative solutions to solve specific business challenges.
• Understanding of digital marketing, as well as mailing list production and quality.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proven aptitude for metrics and statistics.
• Attention to detail and error avoidance.
• Knowledge of distribution and manufacturing preferred.
