Grandview Real Estate Cos. is Hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions / Sales Near Bethesda, MD

We are an established real estate development, sales, and investment company operating in the greater metro Washington, DC area and are looking for an additional Acquisitions Consultant to help grow and build our business.

We're looking for a fast-paced closer who thrives on hunting for deals.

**PLEASE NOTE: This position is 100% commission based.

Position Summary:

The Acquisitions Consultant will help us purchase properties for our own inventory and to sell off to other developers needing inventory.

Your job will be to help the company acquire residential and commercial properties direct from owners and via real estate agents, attorneys, intermediaries, etc. by prospecting for deals, gathering information, underwriting, making offers, following up, negotiating, and closing the contract.

**A current and active real estate license and/or experience as an agent in DC, MD, or VA is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect our proprietary leads and business contacts for off-market deals.
  • Research and perform due diligence on leads.
  • Meet with sellers that want to sell their property, build rapport, overcome objections and get contracts signed.
  • Establish relationships, rapport, and credibility with other deal sources.
  • Send offers, handle paperwork, negotiate deals
  • Manage and track leads effectively in our CRM
  • Follow up effectively and systematically

**PLEASE NOTE: This position is 100% commission based.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Real estate license in DC, MD, or VA highly preferred
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Candidates must reside in the greater Washington, DC area and be available for regular in-person meetings.
  • Outgoing and loves building rapport with people
  • Driven to produce results with strong work ethic
  • Experience in sales with proven track record
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and committed to personal growth
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency working with computers, Internet, CRM systems, and all MS Office applications.
  • Has the following: cell phone, high-speed internet, computer or laptop, reliable transportation (car), valid driver's license and automobile insurance
