Choice Properties has an exciting position available as a Manufactured Home Community Manager at our 151 site community Grandshire Estates in Fowlerville.

Experience with Rent Manager property management software or industry related property management software is preferred.

Duties:

* Maintains property appearance and cleanliness, investigating and resolving complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and planning renovations.

* Collection of rents and bank deposits; reducing delinquencies.

* Marketing vacant inventory homes through internet, print, flyers, and referrals.

* Resolving customer complaints quickly – our greatest assets are our current residents.

* Leasing / Sales of vacant inventory – ability to effectively schedule, show, and close customers.

* Manage both in-house and outsource maintenance staff.

* Bid, negotiate and prepare contracts. Follow invoice process coding and payment procedures.

* Supervise vendor services and contract work.

* Prepare annual property budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Present monthly budget variance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent (those with some college preferred)

- Must have clean driving record; pass background check, and drug and physical check for the positions.

- Minimum of 2 years of Manufactured Home Community Management Experience.

- Experience with MS Office

- Must live within a 25 minute drive of Fowlerville. Housing at a steep discount provided if you choose to live on site.

In addition to a competitive salary, there is an opportunity to make leasing and sales commissions, quarterly bonuses, and collection bonuses. In addition, a $1,000 signing bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment.
