Job Description:

We are looking for an individual to manage our landscape installation crew. The individual will work with our landscape designer to execute installations per plan and help maintain clear communication between the designer, crew members and clients. The individual will have a desire to be out in the field and work with various plant materials, work well within a team, willingness to learn, be punctual, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read plans
• Field layout of materials
• Visualize the most efficient way to implement the project
• Creative eye to help landscape designer achieve desired results
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers when necessary and to relay any changes or modifications to the landscape designer
• Ability to lead, train and mentor landscape crew members in the proper transport and installation of plant material
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management or other similar degree or comparable experience a plus but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
