The Role: 

As a Gift Associate, you'll be based at our Robinson Township National Operations, Support & Distribution Center and actively involved in various aspects of our operations. This is a hands-on role, working closely with our Gift Ninja to master all things related to gifts and novelty items.

Responsibilities: 

• Fulfill retail store orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Receive and stock incoming shipments of gifts and novelty items. 
• Learn and execute proper receiving and inventory procedures. 
• Collaborate with our Gift Ninja to master all aspects of gift and novelty item handling. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization. 
• Assist in other warehouse sections or the portioning room as needed. 
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to support overall warehouse operations. 
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while handling merchandise. 
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. 
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. 

Job Requirements: 

• Retail or Warehouse Experience: Preferred, but not required.
• Flexibility: The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to assist wherever needed, whether in other warehouse sections or the portioning room. 
• Physical Aptitude: This role involves packing, moving boxes, and standing. 
• Team Player: We're a collaborative team, and we're looking for someone who's eager to support their colleagues and contribute to our collective success.

Position requires 4-5 days per week, Monday to Friday. On-site work located in Robinson Township, PA at our National Operations, Support & Distribution Center.
