Are you ready to be part of something big? At Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop, we're continuing to grow and are excited to expand our team. Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Bottling Operations Manager with experience in managing a small team in a production / manufacturing setting.

About Us:

Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We've grown from a single store to 17 locations (and counting!) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, and Minnesota. We also offer national distribution of candy and soda to over 15,000 independent retailers, as well as a soda bottling operations right here in Minnesota.

The Role:

This role is for someone who embodies the lead by example mentality. You will be hands on learning all of the equipment and processes that go into play to creating our unique line of craft sodas. You will work closely with a core group of bottling team members to keep equipment running smoothly and keep the bottles coming smoothly off the line.

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for maintaining production schedules as well as ensuring all supplies are stocked and available to keep the line moving in the most efficient way possible. You will work closely with General Manager on schedules including occasional weekends or evening to cater to public tours or special in store events.

Here's What We're Looking For:

As Bottling Operations Manager, you'll wear many hats, managing various aspects of our bottling operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleaning and maintanece, team scheduling, training and coaching, inventory control, follow food safety protocol, You'll set the standard by being hands on, driving production targets, and delivering on results

• Experienced: Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in team management within a dynamic and hands-on environment.

• Dependable: We currently bottle 5 days a week, we need reliable individuals who are available for 40-45 hours per week, including occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays. A dependable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

• Outgoing Personality:We're seeking individuals who have a sense of humor and genuinely enjoy interacting with kids (actual kids and the adult kind), helping customers stroll down memory lane, andcreating memorable experiences.
