Physical therapy center in Lakewood, NJ seeks a full time receptionist to join our team.
Job duties :
- Answering phones and responding to incoming email and phone inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensuring completion of patient intake paperwork and collection of co-payments.
- Scheduling patients for future appointments
- Assisting staff therapists with patient needs
- Opening and closing facility, as necessary
Qualifications :
- At least two years experience in an office enironment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Welcoming and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask seamlessly
- Experience in a outpatient therapy or medical setting a plus
Salary : $22-$24 / hr depending on experience
