Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of the bank premises, employees, and customers
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Conduct regular patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential criminals and provide a sense of security for customers and employees
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures regarding security and safety measures
Experience:
- Must have at least three years of security experience
- Must have at least two years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with bank security protocols is advantageous
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and other emergency response procedures is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and law enforcement personnel
