Florida's fastest growing food service distributor is interviewing for the position of Meat Cutter / Butcher in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

• Duties / Responsibilities : *
• Process / Cut & pack meat products to order schedule specifications either by hand or by various machines in production line.
• Cut, trim, bone, or grind meats (beef, pork and / or lamb) to various cut and trim specifications
• Experienced & able to use Meat Saw / Band Saw preferred but not required
• Receive and inspect meat. Maintain proper stock levels on production line.
• Identify various product forms by sight and pack each product according to specifications (type of product, boxes, labels, etc.)
• Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required or directed by management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
• Hours : Mon thru Fri, 6am until end (approx. 3pm depending on the day)
