We are seeking a committed Memory Care Director with strong management experience, who will be responsible for providing overall leadership. As a director, you will plan, organize, develop, and manage all areas of the Memory Care Community in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as the standards, guidelines and regulations of Grand Villa of Clearwater

Memory Care Director Job Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, recognition, engagement, and performance evaluations on all Memory Care staff.
• Supporting and monitoring the day-to-day delivery of quality resident services resulting in high resident, family, and associate satisfaction.
• Communicating frequently with family members
• Understanding and managing your department’s needs
• Attending and actively participating in local Association Chapters and local partnerships
• Preferred minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in Assisting Living
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook
