Grand View Roofing & Exteriors is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Blackwood, NJ

Marketing Manager

The Opportunity:

· Create and implement marketing initiatives to generate leads within budget and allowable costs.

· Generate leads through internet, print, television, home shows, social media, and more.

· Forecasting budget and lead flow, including seasonal planning, roll out of different services and offers as the come in, and optimizing all lead sources to meet and exceed lead goals.

· Develop annual marketing forecasts for lead flows and budgets

· Lead as brand ambassador to ensure branding consistency and accuracy across all platforms, online and offline.

· Oversee all marketing projects and team members for website content, email marketing, social media, home shows, and other promotions.

· Manage with efficiency, determination, and self-discipline in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment for all marketing projects and promotions.

· Negotiate at the table with local vendors to place advertising, using our proven process

· Create positive results leading and growing a team through mentoring, coaching, and training.

Ideal Requirements:

· 3 years of experience in Marketing Management role.

· 1 years of experience overseeing a team of at least one person.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

· Ability to focus and prioritize a range of tasks and deadlines.

· Energetic and outgoing personality.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

· Works well with a team, contributing ideas and supporting group projects.

· Show adaptability and flexibility under varied conditions.

· High proficiency with software packages such as Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, etc.

· Experience with advertising negotiations is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
