Responsibilities and duties:
Show up on time dressed appropriately and ready to work.
Willing to take direction and communicate with supervisor.
Work in all weather conditions.
Follow all safety guidelines per company policy.
Must be able to perform various manual labor tasks as needed and lift 80 lbs.
Operate small to medium size equipment a plus.
Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
Help with loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
Daily cleaning of used shop equipment.
Sharpening of mower blades.
Perform oil changes.
Wash trucks.

Help with keeping the grounds around the shop & office clean and maintained.
Perform errands if needed for crews out in the field.

Qualifications:
We are willing to train the right person.
Good communication skills-bilingual a plus.
Good physical condition and endurance.
