Responsibilities

Under the direction of and in conjunction with RN, the LPN is responsible for delivering patient care to all GVH patients and adheres to the standards set forth in the Nurse Practice Act of Pennsylvania ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice*, and GVH’s policies and procedures. Demonstrates competency in skills necessary to care for/manage assigned patients.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Vocational diploma Lisenced Practical Nurse Training And Over 6 months to 1 year Acute care setting required SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Demonstrated analytical skills, - Demonstrated problem solving skills, - Strong verbal communication and listening skills, - Effective interpersonal skills, - Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality. , - Ability to work as part of a team, - Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions. ,
