Grand View Health is Hiring a Central Intake Nurse, RN, Home Care Near Sellersville, PA
Schedule: Full Time, Days - Mon-Fri with weekend rotation as needed
Responsibilities
Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse acts to obtain necessary patient information on new referrals. The Registered Nurse demonstrates competent knowledge and skills to assess skilled need and homebound status for appropriateness for home care.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERINCE:- Associate's degree/nursing diploma minimum requirement.
- Over 1 to 3 years f home care experience required.
- BSN and over 1 to 3 years of home care experience preferred.
- Registered Nurse in PA – licensed, upon hire, required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire preferred.
- Driver's license – PA, upon hire, preferred.
- Automobile insurance coverage upon hire preferred.
- Medical, free dental, vision insurance for full time and part time
