Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts for Subaru vehicles
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding parts availability, pricing, and compatibility
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of parts orders
• Maintain a well-organized inventory system, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts
• Utilize computer systems and databases to accurately process parts transactions and maintain records
• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold the dealership's professional standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive education or certifications are a plus
• In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, components, and systems, with a specific focus on Subaru vehicles
• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, databases, and electronic parts catalogs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
