Accompany the provider into patient exam room to accurately and efficiently document the encounter, including but not limited to:
Ability to maintain and adjust to changing needs of the provider.
Assists provider as needed during the examination.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (be self-directed, energetic, motivated).
Function as an integral member of the team - organized and able to multi-task to keep patients flowing through office.
Communicate with other members of the team to ensure continuity of care and coordination of services.
Facilitate or Execute all provider instructions and orders.
Maintain patient dignity and privacy under HIPAA guidelines.
