Responsibilities:

1. Lead Follow-Up:

- Proactively follow up on leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals.

- Engage with potential customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences.

- Provide detailed information about our flooring products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

2. Customer Consultation:

- Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to assess their requirements and recommend suitable flooring solutions.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of different flooring materials, styles, and installation processes.

- Collaborate with customers to create personalized flooring plans that align with their aesthetic and functional preferences.

3. Sales Growth:

- Actively contribute to the growth of the flooring department by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

- Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to better assist customers and enhance the overall shopping experience.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest flooring products, trends, and technologies.

5. Customer Service Excellence:

Qualifications:
