Job Summary: The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining patient health records. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and security of medical records, as well as facilitating the retrieval of information as needed.
Requirements
Requirements: Applicants must pass a criminal background check and have EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING at the front desk. Must be a team player who is able to work with other staff well in a high-paced environment. Ability to provide quality patient care, charting, and other duties as assigned.
