Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - a DoubleTree by Hilton is Hiring a Parking attendant Near Hilo, HI
We’re looking for a full-time, responsible driver who can provide excellent valet service. You’ll greet guests upon their arrival, drive their vehicle to the parking area, and promptly retrieve the vehicle using valet tickets to ensure a superb customer experience.
Attendants should have excellent customer service skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to quickly move on their feet.

8pm to 4am Shift
Compensation : $15 per hour
$15 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests by name and be ready to converse about hotel events or answer questions about hotel services
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assist guests with moving luggage to a secure area and perform any other requested services
- Adhere to existing valet procedures and document the necessary information on the valet parking ticket
- Ensure guest vehicles are parked in the designated areas and retrieved promptly and safely
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- A passion for superb guest service and strong interpersonal skills
- Current driver’s license and pristine driving record
- Ability to drive a stick shift and automatic vehicles
