Grand Mission Dentistry is Hiring a Registered Dental Assistant - MPD (FT) Near Katy, TX
We are looking for a friendly, motivated RDA who pays attention to detail, is a critical thinker, has excellent customer service skills, and is a proactive person who wants to be part of a busy, growing office. Must be friendly and someone who is motivated to work!

- A self-motivated, quick learner.
- Communication skills, knowledge of proper handoffs, keeping front desk and doctor aware of current patient situations.
- Excellent customer service, always putting patient care and well-being first. Provide a warm comfortable patient experience.
- Must be punctual, proactive, and a team player.
- Our ideal candidate has a caring & friendly personality, is detail-oriented, honest, and has the willingness to learn!
- Being bilingual is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Able to assist the dentist and hygienist during a variety of treatment procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Taking proper digital radiographs and intra-oral photos.
- Collecting patient data (medical history, recording & charting data, vitals, and other pertinent information) accurately.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn digital dentistry.
- Properly and efficiently preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- How to handle children in a kind and caring manner.
- Making sure patient comfort is a priority and helping patients feel comfortable during their visit.
- Providing support to other team members of the office as needed.
Requirements:
- Has an active BLS certificate.
- Has an active dental license from the state.
