Job Details:
- We are looking for someone excited about Dentistry, who cares for people, is hungry to grow professionally, and will fit in with our long-term staff and team culture.
- The ideal candidate is proficient in most aspects of general dentistry with skills/interests in one or more specialty areas including Orthodontics, Oral Surgery/Implants, Sedation, Airway treatment, and/or Endodontics, with 2-5 years of experience preferred but not required. Compensation is 32% of collections.
- This position requires proficiency in general dentistry, preferably with experience. Seeking a dentist with partnership potential.
- Current active Texas License.
- Current active malpractice policy.
- Current BLS certification.
- Diagnose and treat patients by office policies and procedures.
- Able to lead the office and adhere to our core values
- Attending morning huddles, and being proactive.
- Review patient notes and charts, and proper documentation of patient notes.
- Providing guidance and helping lead the back team.
