Job Summary

Grand Lifestyles is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Grand Lifestyles currently operates nine IHDA tax credit Supportive Living Communities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all IHDA compliance with all Grand Lifestyles projects
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage internal audit trails to ensure all projects are compliant with regulations
• Review and approve potential move ins while developing a corporate protocaul to descentralize the approval process
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure projects are compliant and meeting regulatory requirements. This will include desk audits post the initial 15 years of the project
• Prepare and submit reports on project status as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; associate’s degree or higher preferred. High School Diploma required. A minimum of two years of experience in compliance or auditing preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Two years of experience in compliance or auditing preferred; two years of experience working with federal, state, and local regulations preferred.
