The Talent and Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the applicant and new colleague experience by facilitating interviews, the selection process, and initial welcome to the team for all part time, full time, and international colleagues. This includes assisting with workforce planning and determining viable candidate sourcing options. In addition, this role will also be responsible for the payroll processing function. This position must uphold compliance with state and federal regulations and support company Diversity initiatives such as an Affirmative Action plan. The starting rate for this role is $28 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on candidate experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Source and prescreen candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community based organizations.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure ability to influence, guide, and drive the recruiting process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends – be an expert in recruiting function and share best practices.
• Manage seasonal international visa process.
• Manage social security appointment process for international workers.
