The Guest Experience Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation in a rooms control capacity, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints of VIPs in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction. This role will deal heavily in owners relations and maintain calendars/meetings and travel plans for members of the executive committee, as well as assisting with various projects and tasks. Responsibilities will include maintenance of incoming calls, walk in inquiries, special projects, coordination and/or assistance with coordinating certain events, maintenance of the office environment including administrative responsibilities assisting the General Manager. This role must maintain a high level of confidentiality and be able to work well in a collaborative and autonomous environment. The Guest Experience Manager is required to have strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills.

The budgeted range for this position is starting at $32.00 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
