A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a Local 2 union position per their collective bargaining agreement (CBA) the rate for this position is $29.67. The training rate is 75% of your salary for the first 90 days then after the 90 days are complete you will get 100% of your salary.
