Grand Homes is a new homebuilding company that is on the hunt for a Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
The Role:
Grand Homes is seeking a creative, hyper-detail-oriented individual who works well as a team player and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The preferred candidate will possess diverse skills including very good graphic design capabilities & project management skills with an advertising or marketing background as a plus. Qualified candidates must submit a resume when applying.
This position will be responsible for creating layouts and designs for multi-format marketing collateral. Materials to be developed include print and online advertisements, flyers, brochures, and email campaigns.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong design skills in visually appealing, informative, and cohesive designs. This highly interactive, hands-on position requires interaction with sales and marketing teams and management.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

• Mastery of visual design principles as they apply to print, interactive, and email marketing
• Ability to modify designs across multi-medium advertising
• Proficiency in all Adobe suites (this is a requirement).
• Quick integration and turnaround time
• Usage of online resources to research and develop relevant and compelling content and new ideas
• Organized, with Extremely Strong Attention to Detail
• Self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior ability to prioritize and complete projects daily while working with multiple deadlines
• Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to think out of the box and implement creative solutions
• Portfolio showcasing relevant print design, email marketing/html design, and copywriting skills
• A love for working in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit team where new and creative ideas are encouraged.
• Knowledge of social media / digital ad design (some HTML).

Core Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing assets for the following:

• Work with marketing and sales teams to produce sales and marketing collateral materials
• Act as a direct contact with the sales team for marketing supply needs and fulfillment.
• Create content and develop graphics for website, email blasts, brochures, and presentations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop long & short-term ad/promo plans to maximize sales
• Gain knowledge of company product and all community location sites (30 neighborhoods)
• Possess a good understanding of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, and Promotion)
• Daily Social Media postings and Weekly Blog & YouTube postings
• Social Media Campaigns - Create graphics we can use for social media to support different campaigns.
• Realtor Event Invitations – Coordinate themes and invitation designs for realtor events and open houses.
• Ad-hoc design projects - we often get requests for more ad-hoc projects
• Working closely with the in-house team to deliver new project work.

Experience:

• Experience and proficiency in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office including Powerpoint & Lightroom
• Strong creativity with excellent written and verbal skills
• Team player who interacts well with external clients and internal team
