Who You Are : The Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician is an essential member of our fun, competitive Facilities team and will ensure safe, well-maintained clubs for members.
Our Facilities Maintenance Techs are self-motivated, "handy" individuals with knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing and repair work.
Tech's possess and have experience using a variety of hand and power tools. Your valued experience and problem-solving skills will ensure a 5-star membership experience. Veterans welcomed!
This position is Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

As a Part Time Facilities Maintenace Technician, you will :
- Use your vehicle to travel to clubs to perform basic maintenance, will submit expense reports for mileage reimbursement.
- Perform facility upkeep and repairs such as drywall patching, painting, finish carpentry, electrical, and plumbing for assigned locations.
- Maintain and repair fitness, tanning and spa equipment independently while abiding by manufacturer & safety regulations.
- Updating work order software system to ensure timely repairs / resolutions with accurate description.
- comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
What you bring to the table :
- Must have reliable work vehicle and standard tools. Mileage will be reimbursed.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Be able to bend, twist, stoop, squat and lift up to 75lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladder and step ladder.
- Good time management skills.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be18 years or older.
This role is subject to successful completion of a background check, after offer acceptance. All background screens will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
Compensation details : 19-22 Hourly Wage
