Grand Design is currently sourcing for a Cabinet Shop team member for our Warehouse / Customer Service Center. As a Cabinet Shop team member, you will build or repair cabinetry for Grand Design customer units brought to our Service Shop for repairs.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Build and assemble product to the required specifications
• Replace broken or damaged parts
• Properly record and process 'Damaged Materials Replaced' (DMR) tags
• Print and label Cabinet Shop orders as necessary
• Build orders within 24 hours of being placed
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Help in other areas of the warehouse when needed; including assisting with packing for Freight and UPS as time allows
• Perform extra duties as needed by management
• Keep area clean
• Assist in plant inventory
• Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality
• Work in a safe manner & promote safety in the workplace
• Overtime may be available or mandatory depending on the workload

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read prints
• Ability to obtain forklift certification when hired

Physical Demands

• Must be able to bend, twist, push, and pull frequently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Must be able to work at elevated heights
• Must be able to stand and / or walk for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to work early hours
• Warehouse can be dusty and loud
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
