Grand Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Escondido, CA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk team member to join our private general dental office. We have over 25 years of good will and great patients.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk area
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Coordinate patient care

Skills:

- Proficiency in dental office software
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Understanding of dental terminology and scheduling practices
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous
- Ability to manage medical records accurately

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your skills to provide exceptional patient service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
