Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Principal. As an Assistant Principal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the school's mission and ensuring the success of our students. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong strategic planning, supervising, and fundraising skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in managing all aspects of the school's operations
- Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff to ensure high-quality education
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective curriculum and instructional strategies
- Support the Principal in creating a positive and inclusive school culture
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers for professional growth
- Collaborate with parents, students, and community members to foster strong partnerships
- Represent the school at meetings, conferences, and public speaking engagements
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned by the principal.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire others
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
