Join our dynamic team as an Assistant General Manager at our thriving brewery restaurant in the picturesque town of Page, AZ. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of service and kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Financial Management: Work closely with the General Manager to monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and contribute to budgeting efforts.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate on planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and engage customers.
• Quality Control: Uphold the quality and consistency of food, beverages, and service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a brewery setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of brewery operations and craft beer is a plus.
