What we are looking for:
Grammer is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at our Americas headquarters in Toledo, OH. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our Finance and Accounting team!
What you will be doing:
* Compilation, review and consolidation forecasts and month end reporting packages for senior management
* Financial analysis of capital projects
* Responsible for budget analysis and support, including timeline preparation and milestone reviews
* Compilation and preparation of profitability reports for senior management
* Coordination of activities with plant controllers (Physical Inventories, Fixed Asset audits, Yearend closing)
* Actively participate in management team meetings; provide updates relating to financials and other areas of responsibility.
What you will bring along:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
* 5 years of experience as Controller in manufacturing environment
* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
* Detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong Excel experience required, including the ability to create and manage advanced spreadsheets
* Project management skills
* Experience with SAP preferred
* Experience working with large diverse teams
