**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal administrative tasks and possess knowledge of legal case management systems. **Responsibilities:** - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings - Manage and organize legal correspondence and documentation - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in legal databases - Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and other law offices - Perform document review and ensure accuracy in all legal paperwork - Utilize legal case management software to track case progress - Support attorneys in litigation preparation and trial proceedings - Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team **Qualifications:** - Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary or in a related legal administrative role - Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage - Proficiency in using Westlaw for legal research - Knowledge of paralegal duties and responsibilities is a plus - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Prior experience with contract drafting and review is advantageous Join our team as a Legal Secretary to contribute your expertise in legal administration and support our legal team effectively.
