Position Details :
You will oversee both the inbound (receiving and put away) and outbound (pick and pack) operations for a high volume, order fulfillment, multi-shift distribution center.
You will provide direct leadership to up to 4 Exemptl Level Senior Mananger direct reports and indirect oversight of a large non-exempt employee population.
You will oversee operations to ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and the optimization of resources and processes while operating within budget.
Develop processes to ensure compliance and employee programs to promote an environment where employees are involved, empowered, and committed to the success of Grainger.
In this role you will report to a Senior Director, DC Operations and this role is based in our Bordentown, NJ location.
