We are looking for a night shift production supervisor to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone seeking an opportunity to challenge their skills and knowledge in manufacturing. In this position you will provide leadership and guidance to all production areas by ensuring organization, workflow, productivity, safety, quality and sanitation is maintained. You will be responsible for overseeing training, production, changes in production schedules, inventory control and personnel issues. The right candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work in a highly organized fashion with attention to detail and accuracy.

This person will conduct themselves with integrity, upholding all company policies and procedures, including areas of human and food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. They will guide all works and actions with the principle "Do the Right Thing, Always".

Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have the ability to supervise and lead effectively or have the ability and desire to acquire the necessary skills.
Must be willing to obtain the knowledge to operate equipment in all departments.
Must possess effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
Must be able to follow both written and oral instructions as well as processing work related documentation.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
Must have demonstrated planning and organizing skills as well as meticulous record keeping abilities.

This position works a 4 on 4 off rotating 12-hour night shift.
