The Specifics

The Bookkeeper is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, including all that goes into them. You’ll also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day transactions in the company's ERP system, as well as developing and maintaining processes that support smooth integration of transactions throughout the company, both financial and manufacturing. Responsibilities include overseeing & processing all banking, A/P and A/R, GL Accounts, and tax filings. You’ll also work on projects or assignments as requested by the management team. This position will work in conjunction with purchasing, customer service and management to oversee the financial coordination of the company and will also be the main contact for our Accountants.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, experienced bookkeeper to help keep our financial information in order and up to date. This role handles bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax calculations, recording accurate information in our ERP system, and producing financial reports. If you have 4-5 years of Bookkeeping experience, and a bachelor’s degree you’re the person for us. Specifically, experience with performing these functions in an ERP environment as well as MS Office tools to help! With these skills, you can help make a difference in the financial management of our business.
