Graff Chevrolet in Bay City is searching for a talented Unitized Auto Repair Certified (UARC) Body Shop Estimator to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates
• Work directly with customers to assess damage and explain repairs
• Liaise with insurance companies
• Maintain accurate estimates within industry standards
• Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications
• Contribute to a positive and professional shop environment

Qualifications:

• Unitized Auto Repair Certification (UARC) a must
• Prior experience in a body shop environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
