Responsible for the daily production of all baked pastries, including but not limited to pies, muffins, danishes, cakes, and yeast donuts. This includes but not limited to proofing, frying and glazing yeast donuts, making cake donut mixes and frying and glazing them, making donut glaze and roll icings, and assembling, proofing, baking and finishing all baked pastries.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2PM to 10PM
