Store Manager in Training - Ice Cream Store

Graeter's Ice Cream is actively searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Training for one of our retail locations in Columbus, OH!

As a Store Manager in Training, you will work closely with the store manager and train to grow into a store manager role. This involves contributing to top-notch customer service, participating in the recruitment and training of a team of exceptional associates, and actively boosting store sales through strategic promotional activities, effective merchandising, and local marketing initiatives.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, a High School Diploma or GED, and:

• A resume outlining your supervisory experience in a food service or retail position.
• The ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Proficiency in math and reading.
• The ability to lift 40 pounds to assist with occasional delivery truck unloading.
