P/T receptionist needed for fast paced AAHA accredited veterinary hospital. Must be available to work Monday and Tuesday OR Wednesday and Thursday from 12mid-6am and every other Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 11pm-6am. We are a full service 24 hour a day veterinary hospital, looking for a qualified individual to join our receptionist team and wonderful staff. Candidate should have deep respect and love for animals along with a strong compassionate customer service background. Excellent communication skills, work history and reliability a must.

The position involves front desk duties that include but are not limited to: greeting clients in a polite and welcoming manner, answering telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy, and scheduling appointments for patients. Competent written and verbal administrative skills will ensure the needs of our clients and patients are efficiently met.
