SUMMARY
Responsible for answering calls and providing appropriate information to assist callers in assessing needs for health services. Give appropriate clinical options and assists in assessing primary care, specialty care or community resources. Educate caller on self-care advice and preventative measures. Demonstrates an understanding of the life span from neonates to geriatrics in providing advice using established protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse; CPR required
* Three (3) years of clinical experience in a high volume acute or Ambulatory care service delivery facility
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal, basic counseling and basic computer skills
